There must be something wrong if I can complete the 3D Classics version without losing a single life, but on the original NES version I keep getting a game over, even with restore points!

    i heard they made the 3D Classics version easier, so I don't think you're encountering emulation bugs or anything like that.

    The 3D classics version also seems to be running the Famicom Disk version, I don't know if that makes a difference, but the music is a dead give away!
