Shigeru Miyamoto is either "thinking or going to retire." Even though he's working on a few games like "Star Fox, and others." I sure there's still hope for "Mario games and others" in the future.

  • I'm not too worried. It seems like he's been training a replacement over the last few years. Miyamoto has been mostly overseeing the progress while Anuoma (I think that's how it's spelled) has done most of the planning, interviews, and other stuff. I won't deny the amazing work that Miyamoto has done, I mean he basically tailored my childhood, but he deserves a retirement if that's what he wants.
