    Get Pokemon bank and put all but 1 bad pokemon (you need to have 1pokemon in your game)into your bank

    If you have a second copy of the game trade them to the other one. But if you don't then wait till omega ruby/ alpha sapphire comes out then trade

    trade them to pokebank or trade the pokemon to someone and the person trades back when you start a new game :) (sorry if my english isn't that great xD)
