    I'd be surprised if it wasn't announced for US as well. Smash is a big deal. Have an XL but would probably pick it up and give my current handheld to a friend.

    opinion red don't work with black it will look ugly so I'm going to save money by painting the same design on mine blue 3dsxl I can get because the color is red in the title!

    I would paint mine too but all the money I would use saving for the paint or whatever could go to the bundle [not judging your decision but I just wanted to say that]

    You can play without it, but for characters that have aerial attacks that are integral to their strategy it'd hurt them. Dedede, Jigglypuff, and Ness immediately come to mind. Putting that aside, even with practice they would still have an advantage. Really though, how many people DO have one? I think by and large the playing field will be equal for that fact.

    the controls for 3ds are really simple you can handle them in less time you boot up the game
