    When two Miis are married, they may say 'Me and (Wife/Husband's name) are thinking about having a baby, what do you think?' You have the option to say 'Great idea' or 'Not right now' Later, you will get a cell-phone call (In game) from the mother or father, telling you they had a child. Then they will ask you for help naming, after this you have a child on your island. (Hope this helps)
