    Alright first use Farore's Wind in Hyrule Market like in the screen shot(do NOT use farore's anywhere ekse in Hyrule Market becuz then when u do the glitch & teleport anywhere else than the spot i told u it will freeze ur game) then damage yourself until u have one piece of heart left not one full heart just one piece

    Then go to the The Lost Woods & go to the grotto pit that's next to the Goron City Passage & stand at this spot like in the screen shot facing the grotto pit but MAKE SURE the Farore's Wind is in X or Y you'll see why later but for now run straight to the grotto pit with a bomb

    If u go through the grotto pit press START then quit but don't put save then after u quit the game will send into death hole glitch mode(actually beta mode) then press your Farore's Wind that u set on X or Y & return to warp point & congrats your Hyrule Market as Adult Link but this Hyrule Market people when your Young Link

    Ok coolguy this is how u get Inside The Deku Tree as adult link first put on hover boots & get on this floating plant then wait until it gets close to the house that is next to the passage of the deku tree

    Then carefully walk on the edge until u get to the spot like in the screen shot the look forward at the deku tree then start rolling until u fall in passage to the deku tree

    Once you've done it simply roll all the way to the deku tree entrance & now ur in the deku tree as adult link
