Guys,I need help,so if the IV judge says your stats cant be beat,that means 31 right?Well,when I was on Seribi,I was trying to figure out the IV calculator and I think it said my Pokemon doesnt have 31.Help?

    What level is the one you're judging? Are there EVs on it too? An IV calc is used to give estimates until it levels up enough. If the game says "can't be beat", it SHOULD be a perfect 31 IV.

    The Judge is right, Nintendo programmed him to tell you that it can't be beat at 31.

    Level 1 is way too low to calculate IVs since its base stats will be very small. Once it levels up enough, it narrows down the results when the numbers grow bigger. For babies, use the Judge. The calculator can be used to see how strong a wild shiny is overall.
