    Decided to respond because "Yeah" helps no one with a question (unless it were a "Yes or No" question). Anyway, yes. After 16 villagers leave, Grizzly may join you again, but you'd need a campsite. :P Them feels. I lost Skye. :l I think you can also persuade a friend to make their Grizzly move out, and when he packs his boxes, you go to his/her town and talk to Grizzly.
