You go back to the past then teleport to the temple, there as kid Link you should see a woman. Talk to here and she'll tell you what you need to do.

Before becoming a child, make sure you exit the spirit temple on foot. Sheik will teach you a song that will take you to the dessert colossus as a child.

As a child, go up the steps in the first room of the spirit temple. That big block is to your right, but there is a gerudo woman standing by a crawlspace to the left. Talk to her and try all the answers that you can give until you get her to move so that you can go in the crawlspace.
