Only in certain game modes at this moment. I know of Free For All and Search & Destroy. I think it can be played on TDM VERY rarely but I don't play this mode so I can't confirm it.

Only in custom games... it was on 24/7 Bonus gameplay where everybody can play but thats over now

It popped up before on TDM when I was waiting to start but vanished when me and some others got moved to an on going game.

I've got it once. We lost but there was ALOT of camping going on. Camping doesn't bother me like it did. Just let them go square eyed looking at the same pixel for hours on end.
