    There's more than one strategy. I defeated them recently using this technique: -Focus on M.Defense: Equip all the star pendants you have. If you have less than 4, like me, then equip barrier shrouds and dark charms. -Have a powerful white mage (WM lv.4), and at least one medium powered white/red (WM lv.#3). The powerful white mage has to have great healing power.

    Equip him/her with a Blessed Shield (bought on Norende) and the Salve-Maker's skill Healing Lore. You'll need the spells "Dispel", "Reflect", and "Raise". About battle, your amjor threat is Vistoria. Attack only her. Everytime Victor places "Fairy's Aid" on someone, remove it with Dispel. Victoria can almost insta-kill you with exterminate, so be sure to remove poison as soon as possible.

    It will be temptating to place reflect on yourself and sending back their attacks at them, but DON'T do this. It will send at them your healing spells too. When Victoria gets quite weak (around 15000 HP) Victor will start casting Curada on her. Then you'll have to place Reflect on HER. You won't be able toattack her with magic anymore, but everytime Victor tries to heal her, it will heal YOU.

    Reflect makes the spells targeted at the user go to a random target at the other party. It's not as confusing as it seems.

    forget all that mumbo jumbo just have three monks and a white mage use hidden dragon with all three monks four times each and with ur white mage heal urself after they atack simple as that

    So how do you expect to deal with Victoria's Poison or Dark with that setup? What if your White Mage gets K.O.ed and then you get hit with an attack that leaves your monks helpless for a few turns?

    Fran if Victor casts Fairys Aid on you isnt that a good thing so why dispel it? Its a booster for elemental damage you dish out.
