how much should i be leveling one job before i work on sub jobs? how many jobs should each character level high? 4-5 each?

  • i lvled the sub jobs first, so i wouldnt have to deal with it later. then i concentrated on lvling the jobs i really wanted.

  • I read somewhere that only 8 jobs will be aquired without side quests. This leaves 16 for the main game. However, not having many jobs will make very hard to find good, reliable and creative strategies. And side quests are great for leveling up.

  • I'm going for all of them since each has something to offer like a support ability that gives a status ailment immunity or making a weapon type stronger no matter what job you use. Also different jobs have different ways to heal and dish out damage to allow for many ways to play no matter what its best to try and max out your job levels so your base stats will be at their best for that job and

  • Try to do them evenly but one you might want to get higher up first is Freelancer they get a JP bonus ability as a support at level 10 which can really speed things up.
