    Idk something like 100/30 or so I dced twice that's why, I usually get in 1st or 2nd the rooms are much more tame than 7k+ rooms where people ram you off the stage purposely and everyone choosing heavy characters. It's a nice break. I'll be back in 5k+ soon enough.

    There's another account on the Wii U here, 2500ish VR, and, yes, I've noticed a big difference in game experience when playing with the lower VR account. Do you still think MK8 is based on luck, or do you revert back to it being skill-based? After playing from low and high VR accounts, I've concluded MK8 is based on skill. Beg to differ?

    Both, luck if you are getting hit a bunch of items at once, skill if you can avoid the item cluster mess at the first item box set of the race, and the ability to slip stream and take shortcuts correctly, drifting properly. I am winning off skill at the moment and we'll see when I start to go down.

    Got to agree, it's luck and skill. I've lost many race wins due to chronic bad luck - nearing 7000 now. Skillful players will earn the points, though. Plus it's all so much fun! Occasionally infuriating, but overall a great rush.
