    Yes in any of the worlds after the original you can get that same ending, but to get the true ending you must endure the same thing all those times.

    Anyways you can get the normal ending as many times as you want but it will put you before you decided to do that, if you don't do it through all the worlds then you get the true ending, it's as simple as that.
