    KD has and always will be an important factor for hardcore gamers. i believe it is called the trickle down effect that has led the bottom rung of cod players to realize its potential. Like a slowly digested cheeseburger, it has taken some time for this information to pass down to the bowels of the cod community. Hahaha i think im done, hope this helps, and if it didnt, at least u were entertained!

    I blame the rise of youtubers during the MW2 era where people gradually became obsessed with quickscoping, nukes/multiple nukes, getting 100+, 200+ kill gameplays, etc.
