Crew Reviews: Mine Master Mine Master is a premium only crew member that drops a timer mine when you use the masker. This creates new tactical possibilities, but requires a lot of evasive manoeuvres close to enemy subs and it is difficult to use effectively. The Blue-Marine is often used with this strategy for its speed and manoeuverability, and Masker A and/or Snorkel Tech increase output.

    Oh course if you back up when you activate the masker, you will blow yourself up. My opinion is that they are more trouble than they're worth.

    I have run into one fellow who mastered it and it was quiet frustrating trying to hit him, he took out three of us three on one! He used obstacles well and healed hid and masked much, mines can be harder to avoid when they apear on top of you or right in your path. That said, for most, I'd avoid this crew member.

    Also it gives your enemies a more exact location to shoot when you use the masker.

    Momentarily yes, however, if you are always in motion you'll be somewhere else quickly. As I said though I still wouldn't generally recomend this one.
