    It's possibly because of Call Of Duty Ghosts' negative reception, although I don't get this either, since the errors of Ghosts could have been already fixed with the patches...

    It's not Nintendo who manages the updates space. In fact, Nintendo allows developers to update their games as many times as they want for free, unlike Microsoft in the past with Xbox. It's Treyarch, the dev team in charge of the Wii U version, along with Infinity Ward, the ones who need to fix things up.
