Stuck in the Prothean VI room. I was fighting Kai Leng but the guy disappeared, AGAIN! How do I get past this glitch. It's really game breaking. :(

Made it through a few hours ago and just finished the game! Not too happy with my ending but I still have my save from right before the Earth battle. I'll play it again (saving Liara) and then start a new career.
