    I'm excited to bring her out, but I'm still unsure whether to go all out melee. I read it is not advisable on platinums.

    Melee and the shadow strike is really the only way to use that character. Like the vanguard you zip around the battlefield only even better

    Basically, I saw a guy on Youtube play with a sniper/shadow strike spec and he advised that electric strike/shadow strike spec do not work on platinum, which is the reason for the pause.

    Yeah the only way you could do shadow strike on platinum is to wear down the enemy then finish it off with shadow strike them immediately get out of there which would be tough.

    you can one hit phantoms in platinum if you built it right, the real problem is not getting destroyed by other enemies when you uncloak. i build for double strikes but you only have a second or two to decide to run or strike again, difficult for platinum but not impossible

    So it's a pretty darn risky character. I did decide to spec for melee and had electric slash at rank 3, then had damage + capacity. Not sure how good it'll be. I was going to do bronze as training wheels but no lobbies were found. It's basically a 63656 build. I'll probably hop on about 5 hours later and try again.
