I think more people need to learn the spawn areas especially during upload/hacking objective. Most if not alot of players I'm with during this kind of objective are focus on one area with enemies rather than checking the area where enemies spawn.

  • Depending on the enemies I feel that all four players don't need to focus on one spot. The only time they'll move is if someone else notices the enemies moving in from behind and only then will they move to that persons location.

  • I feel like those of us that know this should check the areas other people don't check so the enemies don't get close enough to make it more difficult.

  • yeah and to be honest it's not hard to learn 90% of the time its furthest from the players what is better is to know the enemys ai cause it appears each enemy class has a different AI. the geth seam to split up and attack from multiple angles from spawn reapers just go to you reapers go in groups go to defincive positions and try to supress a player so a banshie or such can insti kill

  • Yeah. When I play, I tend to find the enemies' spawn points without looking for them. I am then forced to rejoin the group, which does not move. It often seems that I am the only one who wants to flank the enemy. With Reaper units, this is necessary. It's the only good way to kill them sometimes. I can flank an enemy position, and only after flanking and killing enemies do others show up to help.

  • if you have mics give heads up they spawn two at time so if your fast hit one group at a time

  • There is not one group at a time, there's only checking the surrounding area so they don't get drop on you.I can think of some places where not checking can be a problem.Firebase glacier, giant, rio, jade & goddess.

  • I picked these locations because during extraction, enemies will spawn in a section of the map that's close to the extraction zone and catch players by surprise. Now that I think about it,I'm not too sure if the jade map has this problem.

  • Here's a better example,In firebase Giant & Rio,there's a spawn zone right next to the extraction zone.If One! person guards that area they won't spawn there.Sometimes they will if the other players are far enough or if you didn't get to the spot in time. Also by leaving the spot for a moment. Those spots are especially worth protecting on Gold.

  • that won't work id depend on the majority of the team if one person is at the extraction and three is at the other end they will spawn at extraction and depending on what difficulty your on that person will get quickly overwhelmed and killed

    Yeahs0
  • It works but you have to stay in the spawn area no matter what.

  • not with 4-5 phantoms shooting beams that two shot or phyros that burn you in seconds ect

  • I think I know what you mean,if they move to your location and start to overwhelm you, you'll have to move from the spot.

  • Many times, I have come across a group of enemies that have just spawned, yet no other players seem to notice, even when they're next to me.

  • I like funneling the enemies into a corridor trap personally. I never really kept track of the spawn points, but i do know where abouts they are. It's the worst when other players try to be hotshots and will kill your crucial target, so you can't get needed protection or combos going. Don't get in the way of a meleeing krogan or kill an enemy with a biotic power on them. I hate

  • losing a muti kill biotic explosion or a biotic explosion chain because some hotshot wants another kill. anyway, back onto the topic, also use voice to teach others about the spawn points!
