    I have Axis, I don't like that you can't unlock anything or the limited music selection. Also, that for fever mode, you can only use or earn coins in that mode. I like how it plays on Tetris Friends. Is it anything like it? oh, and the only items I hated where the ones you blow on the mic.

    Thats one of the things that I like about it--the items are no longer draw/gimicky. No cheap flip panels, or having to pull out your stylus. They have a progression system, like I said in a previous post, the AI bots in this game are beefed up. If you play online, you can download replays by other people, and try to surpass them. Its a good way to motivate, to play tetris better.

    This online play is just one of the factors that't drawing me closer to this game. That, & the fact you can post your scores on the Friend List & Regional lists.

    @Marcel, Oh yeah, Tetris Friends. I used to play that on facebook, and it had tetris sprint (my first experience with sprint) first, then tetris battle. They are in this game too...There is also more games online, than just battle mode too...

    @Craig, how often do you see other players online? I never seem to see others online. For me, finding a match is like, uh, er... a random encounter with a rare legendary pokemon...? I've probably fell out of the top 100, in both battle and ultimate...

    I don't have the game, that's why I commented the way I did. If I knew who the others were, I'd be interested to see how they play. Right now, I'm just waiting to get this game so I can see how I stack up.

    Ha! I use my fingers, not the stylus. But my favorite mode is battle, so I guess if there's no one online. Then I don't know if I want this game. I prefer the ones on Tetris Friends online. I do like the flip panels. But I'd rather play without items in a multi match, which was not possible in Axis. Guess that since they're different companies, I wouldn't expect the same experience.

    I played a match battle online without items, but its like you say, not many people play online, if you do, then you're mlre likely to be pitted against a tetris elite...

    The other Tetris games are being removed from the eshop. This will likely be the only Tetris you can play on a Nintendo system by 12/31.

    If you already own the 2 tetris games, you'll be able to redownload it. That's quite cumbersome though, since you'll have to search through all your purchases to find them.
