    It all depends on the person. I sleep for anywhere from 4-6 hours a night, have so for years, and I don't feel sleep deprived. I usually sleep from 12 or 1 to 5 during the week, 1 to 6 or 7 on weekends.

    Sometimes if you take a nice hot bath and then eat a dinner that of course has a good protein.. if you add a good carb like a bake potato with all the fixings.. you sleep better. It's kind'a like feeding a hungry baby and then they nap afterwards :) I've had my share of babysitting for extra funds :)

    It says its best to have a regular sleep and wake up time, and if your pattern is broken, dont sleep in, take daytime naps to pay your sleep debt, instead of further ruining you pattern.
