There are 2 things linking ocarina of time and majoras mask. 1: the masks in the happy mask shop are the same ones found on the happy mask salesman bag. 2: if you talk to the running man as a child after you give him the bunny hood he says: i bet nobody is faster than me now. well in majoras mask, the bunny hood makes you run faster.
