    The chances are predetermined. If you get tails once and reset the turn, it's gonna keep being tails if you flip. With that being said, if you were to pass and let your opponent go and use the coin flip, they would get tails. If the you kept track of the order, you can use it to your advantage. If it's tails then tails then heads and reset, the pattern stays the same.

    Im glad I got Heads 7 times in a row then. xD Squirttle useing bubble on Fighting gym leader saved me.
