    after playing the hide and seek game with the killer bees, go to the teacher miss Joy in the school house talk to her and shell tell you she loves joy pendants make sure you have 21 joy pendants give them to her and shell thank you with the cabana deed you can farm joy pendants by finding bokoblins and using the grappling hook on them then leave come back in and do it again until you have enough.

    then try and give them to her again, at first she only takes one (that's why you need 21 and not just 20) then show the last 20 to her and she should give you the deed. it'll be in your messenger bag

    Turns out I had not done that yet. Maybe I did before but forgot to save afterwards. And here I was panicking thinking I had thrown away the deed by accident
