Question

I had a thought to share. Does anyone feel that Sonic's friends, including Tails, are just 'there', and don't really contribute much to the story or character development? Just asking.

    The only one's we can think who has experience is the fan writers. I know it sounds strange, but at least they would know what they're doing.

    Yeah they don't always contribute a whole lot to the story. Maybe if you could play as them again? Had bigger roles in the Sonic Adventure titles at least.

    Yeah, really. I do miss playing as Tails, Knuckles, and the others. But with their own levels. Not mini parts like in 06.

    You know, I had a thought. What if the next Sonic game, while Sonic would mostly be playable, his friends would have their own levels to play in, just like Spyro: Year of the Dragon?
