    I prefer this gameplay to that of Modern Sonic in Generations. He was too uncontrollable IMO.

    But avoiding them was too easy. You pressed the button when the game prompted you, otherwise you were holding the boost button. There was practically no exploration compared to this game.

    The levels were basically straightforward paths with different sections blocked by walls, whereas this game has you go all around the areas.

    I totally agree with Jared. I miss controling sonic and exploring, thats why i love sonic lost world because it brought him back to the adventure games. I love Colors more than Generations though.
