    In the wisps description on the sonic news network it says that the wisps have inhabited other worlds besides their own. Maybe one of those worlds is the lost hex.

    You could always check out videos of people playing mods of various levels. People have been moding the heck out of sonic generations for the pc. any level that someone wished was in generations.
