Im in the middle of fire temple i go to lake hylia i talk to bonooru i take out my ocarina he didn't talk to me about my ocarina i then noticed that pierre was not here i got a song to play to him but he just won't respond what do i do!

    With the scarecrow song, you can summon scarecrows in some spots where Navi is flying green (if it's not a yellow fairy or a time block). Then you can hookshot to the scarecrow. So, if you haven't already, go to the lower scarecrow as a child and make up an eight-note song that you will remember. It cannot have a real song in it, or the scarecrow won't accept it.     ...right in front of the same, lower scarecrow. Play the song that you made up as a kid to him, and he'll explain how pierre left, and how he can help you with the scarecrow song. If you ever forget the song, talk to the lower scarecrow as a child and he'll tell you. You can also change the song by playing something else as a child.
