    it depends, an i.v is a stat on a pokemon that iz maxed out on e.v's[i think][lv.1 pokemon example]a lv.1 pokemon can get up to 6 e.v's [exept fr hp witch i think iz 12 or 11]on a stat witch if it has 6 e.v's on 1 stat it turns into an i.v. a perfect i.v pokemon has all 6 e.v's in all the stats[sp.attack,attack,sp.defence,defence,hp,speed] i know confusing right?
