    Well, for one thing, Tolkien has created an intricate story of the world of Middle-Earth, from the creating of it to after lotr is set. There are also many different languages also created to help immerse oneself into this wonderful world.

    ok i admit i was a lotr nerd in 5th grade. i only got a few chapters in the first book though. one time me and my friends went to a school carnival and at the end we added up all our tickets and bought these little plastic rings for each of us and a little p.astic safe to put them in (i had a hard time opening it cuz i wasnt in middle school yet i had had no idea how to work a combination.
