^Was my reaction to playing this game through the first time, OOT3D also being my first Legend of Zelda game. I had to extensively use walkthroughs, and was slightly traumatized by the eriee feeling of the game to be honest, and also by the..ugh..shadow temple. But now, I'm determined to play through this game, without any of that-on master quest. Hopefully, I'll finish it....

    Welcome to the Zelda community and series! I'm glad you liked OoT! It is my favorite game in the series, and maybe my favorite game period. After Master Quest (MQ), try the other games! You can get several on Virtual Console (VC). The regular DS (which 3DS can play) has two. If you can grab a Gamecube or Gameboy Advance, you can get the one or two not on VC. They're all great games. :)
