    Sorry for responding so late, but basically, you go up to any gorotto (hole), take a fish out, then catch it, reapeatedally, as you do that, keep inching closer to the hole, it may take a while, but keep getting closer, after a while, the fish will be on the hole, and you will be able to see under the world as Link falls, that's when I took the screenshot.
