I won't translate the whole thing because it would take too long, but he's basically talking about an"Intro to the Legend of Zelda" page they put together for people unfamiliar with the series.

The page includes an interview he gave and is written in simple language so that even kids can understand it. If you click on the blue globe-like mark, you can go to it. There are lots of illustrations. They're also planning to put together a Practical Guide to the Zelda series that goes into it in more depth. That's the gist of what he said. I recommend checking it out because it's pretty cool.

I should say the page IS presented as an interview with him in a Q&A format, not of an interview he gave elsewhere. He also asks people to share the link with young kids they know who don't know much about the series and other people who are interested but have never played any of the games.
