    FIRST...Collect 20 Joy Pendants. Next, go to Windfall island and speak to the teacher (the building next to the child gang). She will make you chase small children, then afterwards, you trade 20 Joy Pendants for the deed to the oasis. Show that to the door and VIOLA!
