Insanity feels how the game should have been on normal difficulty... actually feel like "commander" instead of "unstoppable murder cyborg" Shepard. My only regret is nothing above it once this playthrough is over.

    The multi has higher difficulties and you play co-operative with your friends. You should give it a try.

    Oh Ive put about 100 hours into multi so far, just was commenting on the single. Just cant get any new chars to save my life. No new ones in 60 ish hours is killing so much fun.

    Adept warp shepard with inferno grenades bonus power, overload garrus and singularity liara if you want to just break the game wide open.
