Just so you know, nobody viewing this post first from MiiVerse is going to understand what you mean, so you should have just named him. Anyway, Reize is a character created by one of the backers who pledged a certain high amount in order to be able to help design a side character, sobhe's not actually from any other game. He's really cool though! But maybe not as cool as THE BAZ.

Okay, I actually looked into it real quick, and I was right about the backer part but turns out that he IS from a game! He's from Valdis Story: Abyssal City available on Steam! Haven't played it but I hear it's pretty. It also seems to beva Kickstarter game as well!

I spoke too soon for the second time, his real origin is just an original character after all created by someone called Seizui.
