    If you're trying to get the Goddess Pearl from Dragon Roost Island, you have to confront Valoo from Dragon Roost Caverns, and defeat the boss inside. To get to the caverns, you have to flood the entrance. Be sure you know the Wind's Requim before entering the caverns.
