    you weren't first. but regardless, we rank them up the proper way. we have toons, and those are small divisions of the army. if you level up fast,learn good, behave properly, you will rank faster. also recuiting will help that if your a toon leader you get more troops. we have these members. a spy, 2 soildiers, and me and you.
