I wish I could say that this is definitively better than the U-7. it's not. it's faster, and has more health by default, but it doesn't turn or dive as well. the reload time is 5, the U-7's is 4.oh, and the U-21 has a surfaced speed of 7, the U-7 has 5. better for dedicated attack, not as good evasively. 3 steps forward, 3 back. do I regret buying it? NO!! (a little)

    correction: U-7 has 5HP by default, U-21 also has 5. two steps forward, 3 steps back.

    The XXI is okay, but I'll trade the speed for turn or dive, so I feel the VII is better.
