    You get stamps in three sets. The first 28 are already given to you. The next 32 can be unlocked by beating the staff ghosts on time trials for each course. The final 30 stamps are unlocked when you *win* (I'm not sure, but I always won my grand prixes) a grand prix on any difficulty with each character, including your mii.
