Fun fact: there is unused text in the game of Navi offering a hint on Gold Skulltullas, as with every other enemy. This suggests that you could Z-target them in early development of the game.

    If you could target them, Navi would fly off towards them, making it far too easy to find them. They did it to make the hunt more challenging.

    Go back to Dampe's Grave and he'll let you race him again. If you can complete it within a certain amount if time (one minute, I beleive) he'll give you a peice of heart. You can do it more easily by using the longshot to grapple to a torch by the exit door in the final room.
