    Thanks :) Hopefully you can get it soon. It is hard to determine how close you are because you can't see your stats and the last time you know how much coins u have stop below 3000 coins.

    To get the gold wheels you either have to beat all of the staff ghosts in Time Trials or collect 15,000 coins.
