yeay i have the ful version now but i cant figure out how to get new sub i unlocked a lot of meadls but it wont let me get the new one what do i do

You need the gold star medals. The ones you unlock by completing a mission within the required time limit.

The silver medals just onlock the next stage. Gold medals unlock subs and patterns.
