Impressions

The comic Super Mario Adventures confirms many things in the Mario series. Luigi's fear of ghosts(Episode 9-10), Bowser's crush on Peach(Which started the events of the comic), Peach's willingness to fight to save Mario and her love intrest on him(Episode6-Episode7), And Mario's strong willed mind to stay on track(he does this many times in the comic).

    Examples: Luigi's fear of ghosts: When Mario tells Luigi about the Boos behind him, he freaks out. He freaks out again when he trips and sees Big Boo. Mario's strong will: When they see the plumbing mess, Mario immediately gets to work. When Luigi wants to eat the egg, Mario is focused on rescuing Peach from Bowser. When Luigi wants to go in the ghost house, Mario says that it's a trap.

    Peach's love intrest on Mario: When Mario's turned to stone, Peach grows mad at Bowser. At the start of episode 6, Peach has a dream of her marrying Mario that turned into a nightmare with Bowser. When she finds out Mario has been captured by Bowser, she immediately races to rescue him. She also kisses Mario after Mario defeats Bowser. Bowser's Crush on Peach has been referenced in every chapter.
