    Sorry, ill explain it with detail: Go to the part of the level when you see the Spikies that throw Spike Rolling Tubes. Follow a Tube and climb (recomended using cat suit). You should find it. :3

    The stamp is on one of the clear pipes. First, get a cat suit. Then, when you get to the cannon clear pipe, do NOT go in it. Instead walk on top of it until you see a stamp.
