    Yeah, its a glitch you can do with Dampe's graveyard tour. The heart piece there is infinitely spawning.

    you can but the game will crash if you get to many these two are real ones but i did use the gitch ti get all 20 hearts

    Actually, the game doesn't crash if you get 21 hearts. The 21'st heart will be on the top screen and it will be gray. You can get 50 hearts if you want to.

    I've been told that if you get more than 29, the game has "a problem". None of the extra 9 hearts look like hearts.
