Crunching the numbers...even if you had 4 people as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, and managed to get the stars, stamp, golden goal post, AND not have everyone die or use the white tanuki suit on one go...you'd still have to beat the stage as Rosalina to get her emblem too. So excluding Captain Toad and Mystery House stages, each stage must be beaten at least twice. Well played, Nintendo.
