Quint...is kinda, well, a character not very planned out well. Wily supposedly went out to the future to steal the future Mega Man, and turned him into this. Wily, you made Metal Man, Guts Man, all those other robots and you give us this? Really?

    Actually I'll offer a little correction here. Dr. Light built the original 6 Robot Masters (8 if you go by MMPU canon) and Dr. Wily reprogrammed them.
