To all you Westbound people, buy this game. Nintendo needs to see import VC games as something profitable before they decide to do text heavy games. Play the long game here, each successful import VC game raises the chances of other Japan only games being translated. Ignoring this game in favor of ranting about Mother 3 just hurts its chances.

    I think you may be a little confused! #Westbound is about getting this game that has already been translated and putting it on Wii U VC for all to enjoy, nothing to do with Mother 3. it really is a great cause!

    Isn't it about bringing Mother 1 and 3. The original Mother is kind of odd with the status of its translation, my guess is Nintendo must have messed up and lost the one they had before the SNES beat it to America.

    I see now, two different groups are using the name Westbound. I agree with the one you're from, this game should have been on the Wii U VC first (it needs games like this) or just be on both VCs. The original post here is about the other group that wants Mother 1 + 3, I think they've also made some posts here.

    The name Westbound makes more sense for the Mother thing, because of the "bound" part and because a 3DS-only release in the West is still *a release in the West.*

    Exactly. I think the group that wants a Wii U version should change their name to be something more obviously Murasame related. Maybe something like *cringes* Operation TakemarU.
